* What You'll Do
* * Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, etc.)

* Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, including account setup and equipment provisioning

* Deliver remote support to field technicians and customers

* Log and manage support requests using Service Now or similar ticketing systems

* Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams

* Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in all interactions

* What You Bring
* * Some professional IT support experience (help desk, desktop support, or similar)

* * OR
* * IT certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) plus hands-on internship or project experience

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

* Ability to work on-site 5 days a week

* A growth mindset and eagerness to learn

* Nice-to-Haves
* * Familiarity with Service Now or other ticketing systems

* Experience supporting remote users or working in a corporate IT setting

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
