Desktop Support Specialist

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a hands‑on Desktop Support Engineer to provide Tier 2 technical support in a fast‑paced financial services environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, deep knowledge of Windows and Office 365, and the ability to work independently on hardware and software issues.

• Hands‑on experience with Windows OS and Office 365
• Strong understanding of PC hardware and troubleshooting
• Active Directory administration experience (full ownership of tasks)
• Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, hostnames)
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and other financial applications
• Certifications : A+ preferred
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
• Excellent communication skills; resume must align with actual experience
