The Director of Digital Strategy & Performance is the architect of Israel Bonds’ digital growth engine — uniting brand storytelling with measurable performance. This leader combines analytical precision with creative insight to translate purpose-driven campaigns into tangible results: engagement, lead generation, and investment outcomes.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an integrated digital strategy that aligns with organizational goals and brand values.
• Performance Marketing: Oversee all paid digital channels (search, social, display, retargeting) with a focus on ROI and lead conversion.
• Analytics & Optimization: Own digital KPIs; manage dashboards, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative and Communications teams to ensure messaging consistency and data-informed creative.

  Lead improvements to website UX, landing pages, and conversion paths.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends (AI, personalization, automation) and integrate best practices into the marketing ecosystem.
• Budget & Vendor Oversight: Manage agency relationships, ad budgets, and media spend.

• 7+ years in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance leadership (finance or mission-driven organization a plus).
• Expert in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio & Salesforce).
• Proven success driving measurable outcomes (leads, conversions, engagement).
• Data-driven mindset with creative fluency — able to brief and interpret both.
• Leadership experience building or scaling cross-functional digital teams.
