As part of our Artificial Intelligence and Data team, you will collaborate with clients and cross‑functional EY teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

• Research, design, build, and implement scalable AI systems tailored to business requirements.
• Enhance data pipelines and storage to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Monitor, optimize, and retrain learning processes to improve model performance.
• Travel to client engagements as needed.

• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills to guide project direction.
• Proven project management experience and ability to track deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree).
• 3‑6 years of full‑time experience in AI and/or machine learning.
• Strong Python skills and experience building production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency in generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, Dall‑e, Lang Chain, Retrieval Augmented Generation).
• Experience with natural language processing, deep learning, and MLOps workflows.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience fine‑tuning generative AI models.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in technology.
• Strong skills in languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++).
