Hinge is the dating app designed to be deleted
In today's digital world, finding genuine relationships is tougher than ever. At Hinge, we’re on a mission to inspire intimate connection to create a less lonely world. We’re obsessed with understanding our users’ behaviors to help them find love, and our success is defined by one simple metric– setting up great dates. With tens of millions of users across the globe, we’ve become the most trusted way to find a relationship, for all.
Aboutthe Role
Our mission is to help more people get on meaningful dates.
As Lead Product Manager, Dating Outcomes, you’ll shape how Hinge helps people see and feel progress in their dating lives—from first impressions to ongoing connections. You’ll guide how we design experiences that adapt intelligently to each person, creating trust and momentum across every stage of their journey.
You’ll partner closely with our Growth, Trust and Safety, and Recommendations teams to help address some of Hinge’s greatest challenges, like how to make the first few recommendations feel relevant before the system has much to go on or how to make the dating journey feel rewarding and focused.
