We are an established New York based Cloud Services Provider that has supported SMB clients since 1988 and continues to grow through long term relationships and a strong technical reputation. This role is networking focused first with roughly 60% of time spent on network infrastructure and 40% on systems and cloud services. The position blends escalated support with hands‑on infrastructure projects, helping clients modernize and strengthen both their networks and server environments.

• Serve as a senior escalation resource for network and connectivity issues
• Design, configure, and support firewalls including Cisco, Sonic Wall, Meraki, and Fortinet
• Implement and maintain switching and routing infrastructure using Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, and Ubiquiti
• Troubleshoot complex network issues involving VLANs, routing, VPNs, and WAN connectivity
• Provide systems administration support for Windows Server environments including Active Directory and Group Policy
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
• Install and maintain operating systems and applications on customer hardware
• Partner with project leadership to deliver network and infrastructure modernization initiatives

• Strong networking background with hands‑on configuration and CLI experience
• Proven experience supporting firewalls, switches, and routed networks
• Solid systems administration experience across Windows Server and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud based infrastructure
• Experience working in MSP or cloud services provider environments
• Experience using RMM tools such as Connect Wise Automate
• Ability to troubleshoot multi‑client environments and deliver stable solutions

• $100,000 to $110,000 base + 10% annual bonus
