A company based in New York City is seeking a full-time E-Commerce Specialist to manage and support online sales channels. This role is fully in-office and focuses on day-to-day management of the company’s website and major online marketplaces.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and update the in-house website, including product listings and content
- Oversee and maintain Amazon seller operations
- Manage Walmart Marketplace listings and performance
- Upload products, update pricing, and ensure accurate product information
- Monitor online orders and coordinate fulfillment as needed
- Track performance and assist with basic reporting
- Support general e-commerce operations and administrative tasks
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or similar) preferred
- Comfortable working with websites and online product listings
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to work full-time in an in-office NYC setting
