• Lead transformation initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis

• 8+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation, or business consulting

• Proven success in OCM projects involving outsourcing, MSS transitions, M&A, or Agile POD delivery.
• Experience leading multi-country programs across functions like Global Contact Centers or Service Desk implementations.
• Familiarity with platforms like Service Now
  , Success Factors
  , and ITSM processes
  .
• A knack for designing and executing leadership engagement programs
  .
• Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies
  .
• Must have an awareness of how to Design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven solutions to enhance decision‑making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Open to work onsite at Capgemini hub locations and travel to client site.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135,900 - $265,880

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
