OverviewNova is seeking a Senior Account Executive to serve as a strategic, client-facing partner responsible for driving revenue growth across a targeted portfolio of brands, media agencies, and ad-tech partners. This role is ideal for a seasoned digital media sales professional with deep agency relationships and a strong understanding of programmatic and omnichannel media.
The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years of experience in digital media sales or agency roles and thrives in a consultative, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Build and grow strategic partnerships with media agencies, brands, and ad-tech partners
- Enable agency planners, sellers, and decision-makers to drive better client outcomes using Nova’s creative tools
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across teams, geographies, functions, use cases, and applications
- Serve as the internal advocate for client needs, acting as the “voice of the customer”
- Lead and negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
- Own and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for top-tier clients, including content creation and presentation
- Lead Monthly Account Performance Reviews in partnership with Customer Success Managers
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and revenue reporting within Nova’s CRM
- 7+ years of experience in advertising technology, digital media sales, or agency environments (10+ years preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of programmatic media, and the broader advertising ecosystem
- Proven ability to build relationships and uncover growth opportunities within media agencies
- Demonstrated success integrating products into client technology stacks or workflows in durable, “sticky” ways
- Clear strategies for remaining top-of-mind and relevant in highly competitive, vendor-dense agency environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a bias toward proactive problem solving
- Track record of driving customer success, revenue growth, and long‑term client relationships through credibility, efficiency, and domain expertise
