The Role

As our Website Owner
, you will own the most important surface area of our growth:
conveo.ai
.

Not “maintain the website.” Not “publish blog posts.” You will run the website as a conversion engine and a compounding distribution asset
, improving:

  • messaging clarity
  • conversion rate
  • SEO performance
  • navigation and structure
  • landing pages and vertical pages
  • speed and UX
  • lead capture and intent routing
  • how Conveo shows up in the new era of AI search (GEO: Generative Engine Optimization)

Your Mission

  • Own the website roadmap (always‑on).
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Through Themed Sprints with clear focus areas, weekly/bi‑weekly updates, measurable outcomes, and constant iteration.
  • Identify what blocks conversion and remove it by rewriting value propositions, restructuring pages, sharpening CTAs, reducing friction, improving lead forms and routing, creating high‑performing landing pages, and running A/B tests where it matters.
  • Own SEO as a growth product: keyword + topic strategy, programmatic opportunities, internal linking, content briefs for others, technical SEO, structured data, reporting, and prioritization.
  • Make Conveo show up in AI search—overviews, LLM‑driven discovery, high‑intent queries, recommendation‑style results, and answer‑ready pages.
  • Create structure and standards, templates and systems, maintain quality and consistency, enable the org to move fast, keep the site coherent and sharp, and build a reporting cadence covering traffic, conversion, SEO wins, experiment results, and funnel insights.

What we’re looking for – Non‑negotiables

  • Proven experience owning a B2B website and driving measurable growth (SEO + CRO)
  • Strong copy instincts and messaging clarity (you can write and edit)
  • Strong analytical instincts: you know what to measure and what matters
  • Comfort running experiments and prioritizing ruthlessly
  • Ability to collaborate with design, marketing, product, and engineering
  • High agency: you don’t wait for tasks, you create the roadmap
  • Hands‑on with Webflow / Framer / headless CMS setups
  • Experience with AI‑search/GEO tactics
  • Comfort writing landing pages and high‑intent vertical pages
  • Experience building programmatic SEO systems
  • Experience with technical SEO and structured data
