MissionAs Demand Generation Manager (US), you’ll own sunday’s digital acquisition and inbound growth strategy — from paid media to SEO, email, and Linked In. Your goal: turn marketing spend into measurable pipeline and revenue. You’ll build campaigns that capture attention, generate qualified meetings, and directly impact topline growth. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Rev Ops, and Content to align every dollar spent with pipeline performance.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build and Execute the US Demand Gen Engine
- Own the US demand generation roadmap and performance metrics
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (Google, Meta, Linked In, You Tube, SEO, email)
- Test new acquisition plays and local partnerships to drive awareness and lead flow in key US cities
- Deliver consistent flow of qualified leads (MQLs → SQLs → Opportunities)
- Track CAC, CPL, EMNR, and marketing‑sourced pipeline
- Run continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to maximize MQL‑to‑meeting conversion
- Build dashboards to measure pipeline contribution, channel performance, and ROI
- Manage tools like Salesforce, GA4, Linked In Ads
- Collaborate with Rev Ops to refine lead routing, scoring, and reporting accuracy
- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Design to produce high‑performing ads, landing pages, and lead magnets
- Localize messaging for the US restaurant market — bold, clear, and ROI‑focused
- Develop playbooks that can be replicated across regions as we scale
- Pipeline:
Marketing‑sourced and influenced revenue ($) - Efficiency:
Cost per Lead (CPL), CAC, EMNR, Payback Period - Volume: MQLs and Qualified Meetings per Month
- Quality: MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion rate
- Engagement:
Growth in organic sessions, ad CTR, and lead magnet performance
- 3+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or restaurant‑tech
- Proven ability to manage and scale multi‑channel acquisition (SEO, paid, social, email)
- Strong analytical skills — expert in funnel metrics, attribution, and A/B testing
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, GA4, Looker, Google Ads, and Linked In Campaign Manager
- Highly autonomous, structured, and data‑driven
- Comfortable working at high speed, with clear KPIs and fast iteration cycles
- Bonus:
Experience in hospitality or SMB market
- Competitive package: $110K–$140K + equity
