About the Role
The Generative AI Product Manager will lead the strategic direction and alignment of Generative AI (GAI) capabilities, supporting the development of advanced GAI solutions across

products within our Fraud, Identity, and Financial Crime Compliance portfolio

. This role involves collaborating closely with product, technology, and data science leaders to deliver

GAI

infrastructure and product

specific capabilities

.
Preferred candidate is NYC or UK based for hybrid/ occasional onsite work.
About the Team
This position is part of the

Product Acceleration

team.

The Product Acceleration Team is a cross-functional group designed to speed up innovation and reduce risk in product development

working

alongside existing Product Agile Squads

.

The team includes product managers,

technologists,

and

data scientists, and partners closely with other teams to ensure alignment with strategic

objectives

.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Data Science leaders to articulate

a clear vision

, strategy, and shared roadmap for the GAI platform.

Define

objectives

and key results (OKRs) to evaluate the GAI platform's impact through data-driven metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Coordinate strategic planning across the portfolio, balancing short-term and long-term priorities, and

establish

feedback loops with internal clients to

identify

emerging needs and opportunities.

Drive progress and alignment across various Technology squads contributing to the GAI roadmap. Collaborate with Product Managers and their teams to provide strategic guidance and mentorship, ensuring successful outcomes.

Act as primary contact for the

Product Acceleration

team, supporting the discovery and execution of their GAI initiatives and leading optimization projects as

required

.

Promote awareness of GAI platform capabilities and drive adoption by developing training materials, onboarding resources, and a clear operating model.

Champion the application of Responsible AI Principles

in accordance with

Lexis Nexis Risk

Solutions

'

guidelines and policies.

Stay informed about emerging industry trends to guide product development and discovery efforts.

Collaborate closely with peers across the organization to ensure that both internal and external customer needs are prioritized, fostering a culture

centered

on customer satisfaction.

Requirements
6-8+ years of product management experience or equivalent,

delivering highly

technical capabilities or platform products.

Significant exposure to AI, particularly Generative AI technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technologists and business leaders.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and build trust with teams, customers, and stakeholders at all levels within a global matrixed organization.

Experience in product innovation, discovery, development, and delivery within an Agile environment.

Expertise

in methodologies for enhancing GAI quality

Familiarity with

LLMs,

Agentic AI frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP

)

and Agentic Commerce dataflows

Nice to Have
Familiarity with navigating the rapidly evolving GAI regulatory landscape.

Familiarity with identity verification,

authentication

and sanctions screening

Primary Location Base Pay Range:
New York, NY $120,600 - $200,900.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
