We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst – AI Use Cases to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-driven initiatives across CES and related organizations. This role is ideal for a senior professional with 12+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or project management, and a strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, and AI product delivery

The Product Owner will play a critical role in identifying high-value AI opportunities, defining the AI roadmap, managing product backlogs, and ensuring successful collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable AI product requirements
• Define, communicate, and maintain the AI product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Evaluate AI use cases for ROI, feasibility, and business impact
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI features
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and leadership teams
• Support AI governance and process refinement, including BRD development and requirements follow-up
• Ensure adherence to AI intake frameworks and seamless handoff to development teams
• Create and maintain AI use case playbooks and executive-level presentation decks
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively follow up with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in AI product lifecycle and delivery processes

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Project Management, or related roles
• Proven experience working on AI-driven or data-centric products
• Strong background in translating business problems into technical and functional requirements
• Extensive experience working in Agile product development environments
