People Soft Functional Analyst

Duration:
12+ month contract

The successful candidate will have:

• 10+ years’ experience working with multiple versions of People Soft and People Tools across multiple HCM modules
• Previous experience as a HCM Techno-Functional Lead for 5+ implementation and/or upgrade projects
• 5+ years’ experience using People Soft North American Payroll module, including implementation, design, and customization
• Working experience and understanding of People Soft HCM applications v 9.2 and People Soft Tools v 8.54
• Experience with implementation, design, configuration, and customization for People Soft Garnishment, Payroll, and Workers Compensation modules
• Full life-cycle support experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap system analysis, design, development, quality assurance, documentation, testing, training, production stabilization, and implementation planning
• Ability to construct application flows for core business processes and create function design for application customizations/enhancements, including interfaces and reports
• Proficient with SQL and PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting, and testing/validating source system data
• Excellent writing skills, including experience creating functional specifications, design documents, training materials, test scripts, etc.
• Excellent communication, including group/committee presentation and working/leading staff and management
• Proven ability to evaluate configuration options to leverage People Soft delivered functionality

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Report Distribution Tools, such as VISTA plus, LRS products, etc.
• Working with an enterprise-wide, large-scale implementation
• Experience working within a matrix environment

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field.
