We’re seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). You will lead strategic engagements that help customers modernize their financial systems, optimize operations, and unlock business value through Business Applications. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions that drive digital transformation.

• Gather customer insights to align Dynamics 365 F&O solutions with financial and operational business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, and project accounting.
• Accelerate solution delivery and adoption through Value-Based Deliveries and reusable Intellectual Property (IP).
• Deliver technical workshops and readiness sessions focused on financial system health, compliance, and cloud enablement.
• Ensure a positive customer experience across finance transformation engagements.
• Provide feedback to Product Groups to influence roadmap and service improvements.

• Drive cloud consumption and support growth by guiding customers on how to maximize value from Dynamics 365 Finance investments.
• Align with Customer Success Account Managers and account teams to ensure business value realization across financial and operational domains.

• Anticipate and resolve issues blocking go-live or adoption by applying deep technical and functional knowledge of F&O finance modules.
• Deliver engagements using Microsoft best practices, Success by Design principles, and repeatable IP.

• Leverage your knowledge of Business Applications—including F&O and Power Platform—to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on customer needs and industry trends.

• Engage in technical communities, contribute to IP development, and mentor peers and junior architects.
• Act as a role model for technical readiness and cross-workload collaboration.

• Innovate and improve existing IP, methodologies, and delivery processes across ERP domains.
• Promote best practice sharing and IP reuse to accelerate customer success and internal efficiency.
