Job Description We are seeking a skilled Active Roles Server/Cayosoft Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT services division, you will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and maintaining Active Directory management solutions leveraging Active Roles Server and Cayosoft platform. Your primary focus will be supporting migration projects for our diverse client base, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient operations.

Must be willing and able(United States Citizen) to acquire TS/SCI as sponsored by XMS.Responsibilities:
* Design, deploy, and configure Active Roles Server and Cayosoft solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
* Collaborate with project teams and clients to gather requirements, assess needs, and propose effective technical solutions.
* Implement automated workflows and policies to streamline Active Directory management and improve operational efficiency.
* Perform system integration, customization, and optimization tasks to meet project objectives.
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Active Roles Server and Cayosoft implementations.
* Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create documentation for clients and internal teams.
* Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to identity and access management. Requirements:
* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in deploying and managing Active Roles Server and Cayosoft in enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, including domains, forests, trusts, and replication.
* Hands-on experience with scripting (Power Shell preferred) for automation and customization tasks.
* Familiarity with migration tools and methodologies for Active Directory and Exchange environments.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
