Lead Product Manager – Technical (Mastercard)
Join Mastercard’s Software Builders Experience team to guide the transformation of the developer experience across the organization. You will advocate for engineers, operations, and product stakeholders, drive the platform strategy, and deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end vision, roadmap, and delivery of complex technical products, aligning with business objectives.
- Define requirements, translate ambiguous needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Set prioritization standards, govern backlog health, and ensure high‑quality, execution‑ready work for engineering teams.
- Champion platform thinking to reuse foundational building blocks and establish best practices.
- Mentor other product managers and uphold product quality, technical rigor, and customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, business, security) to launch and scale products.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Strong technical background (SDLC, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure).
- Extensive experience launching complex products at scale.
- Proven ownership of product vision, go‑to‑market strategy, and cross‑functional leadership.
- Hands‑on experience building cloud‑native software on large‑scale platforms.
- Data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement methodology.
- Agile delivery expertise (Scrum, Rally) and stakeholder influence across organizations.
- Excellent executive‑level communication skills.
