• Market Entry Strategy:
  Design and execute the comprehensive GTM (Go‑to‑Market) strategy for the North America market, localized to local user behaviors and regulatory requirements.
• Brand Growth & Awareness:
  Lead localized marketing and PR initiatives to establish the wallet as the most trusted non‑custodial solution for crypto and stablecoin users.
• User Acquisition:
  Drive aggressive growth in the regional active user base by optimizing local conversion funnels for our wallet features.
• Ecosystem Development:
  Build a network of in‑region developers and Web3 projects to increase the utility and adoption of the wallet within the DeFi and crypto payments space.
• Strategic Partnerships:
  Identify and secure high‑impact partnerships with financial institutions, fintech startups, and major Web3 ecosystems to integrate our wallet infrastructure.
• Product Localization:
  Collaborate with the global product team to ensure the app experience, including on‑ramps and off‑ramps, is seamless for in‑region user behaviour.
• Public Spokesperson:
  Represent the company in public speaking opportunities, interviews and events in the region.

• Sector Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Growth, with a significant background in Web3, Neobanking, or Fintech payments.
• Expansion Track Record:
  Proven experience successfully scaling a fintech or crypto app from an international market into the North America market.
• Network Access: A deep, existing network of contacts within the broader web3 and defi ecosystem.
• Storytelling skills:
  Exceptional ability to communicate our vision and product to everyday users in our target audience.
• Stablecoin and Crypto Fluency:
  Deep understanding of the stablecoin and crypto/defi landscape, including RWA tokenisation, liquidity pools, token swaps, perps and more.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self‑starter capable of operating with high autonomy in a remote‑first, fast‑paced “startup within a startup” environment.
• Strategic Thinker while being Hands‑on:
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to think big picture and set longer‑term strategic priorities while being able to dive deep into details and partnership deals.
