Senior Business Analysts

We are seeking Senior Business Analysts with strong experience in Private Markets and Wealth Management operations to join a next-generation platform initiative within the Private Equity domain
. This is a 6–12 month contract-to-hire role, offering the opportunity to drive efficiency, automation, and scalability in fund administration and wealth/private market operations.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on requirements, process improvements, and delivery outcomes.
• Map, document, and analyze end-to-end business processes across fund administration and client servicing, identifying inefficiencies, failure points, and automation opportunities.
• Conduct current state analysis, target state design, and gap analysis to support transformation initiatives.
• Define BRDs, FRDs, workflows, process diagrams, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to structure workflows into automatable, API-compatible solutions.
• Drive innovation in case management design, including exceptions, SLAs, routing logic, and audit trails.
• Support GP onboarding by creating reusable patterns and data mapping approaches to accelerate time-to-live.
• Maintain living documentation of workflows, systems, and integration points to ensure ongoing alignment and transparency.
• Lead workshops with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on business needs, pain points, and solutions.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on measurable business impact and strategic goals.
• 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services, with strong exposure to Private Markets or Wealth Management.
• Proven consulting skills with the ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong documentation, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to streamline manual processes and work effectively with product/engineering teams.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and applications, with an AI-first mindset to identify automation opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
