Job Description

Position: Anesthesia/Op Time

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Ambulatory

Responsibilities include:

Collect, analyze, and document business operations and workflows.

Troubleshoot problems, address user questions, and provide on-call support on a rotating basis.

Review, test, and implement changes, enhancements, and new releases.

Create, review, and update test scripts to reflect workflow solutions.

Support training by informing trainers of new functionalities and system changes.

Analyze new release functionalities to assess impact.

Understand interface requirements and testing processes.

Provide on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.

Follow quality assurance processes, including change management and testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certified in at least one Epic application.
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in desktop tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
