• Work with middle office Ops professionals to understand and produce business and functional requirements and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
• Work with internal resources and application vendors to establish appropriate development approach and timeline.
• Track and maintain project plans, risk matrices, issue lists, and all related project artifacts to ensure successful implementation of engagements.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and participate in development and QA testing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build relationships continuously.
• Assist with analysis of middle office platform processes and capabilities and the ongoing development of a technology strategy.
• Partner with the business to ensure SLAs and other key metrics are met or exceeded.
• Identify best practices for optimizing system use both internally and externally.
• Act as escalation point for support issues and improve in-house functional support resolution with well‑documented RCA and permanent resolutions.

• 3+ years of experience with C, Python, SQL, and Excel Macros.
• 8+ years of full-cycle experience in SDLC methodologies and approaches, including refining business requirements and defining functional specifications, development, and testing.
• Experience with Business Analysis methodologies and use case modeling, along with excellent conceptualization, analytical, and logic skills.
• Experience working with data warehouse & business intelligence platforms and concepts for data modeling.
• Deep understanding of middle office functions and knowledge of credit instruments (bank loans, bonds, derivatives, etc.).
• Experience with a leading fund accounting platform (FIS VPM strongly preferred).
• Experience with systems integration of applications infrastructure hosted in cloud providers, AWS and Azure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong self‑directed, motivated, and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑intensity, fast‑paced environment and prioritize/deliver multiple active projects.

• An advanced degree from a top university is strongly desired.
