Oracle Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Oracle-based technical solutions. You will work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient Oracle solutions. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving complex Oracle issues, providing technical guidance to the team, and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

• Lead and manage the Oracle technical team to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team in Oracle technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Proficient in Oracle Database Administration, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant Oracle certifications would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
• Understanding of Oracle Application Express (APEX).
• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Understanding of Java and related technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
