• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery across multiple data sources
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers and Product teams to curate datasets and establish data contracts
• Develop and manage modern data architectures using tools like Databricks and Delta Lake
• Optimize Snowflake usage and performance to ensure data quality and cost efficiency
• Build tools, alerting systems, and documentation for reliable operation and developer self‑service across the data stack

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or platform/infrastructure roles
• Expertise in Python or Scala, and strong proficiency in SQL for data modeling and optimization
• Deep experience with data warehouse technologies like Snowflake
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using technologies like dbt and Databricks
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to support cross‑functional teams

• Experience implementing row-level security and data masking for PHI/PII use cases
• Familiarity with governance tools such as Collibra or Looker admin
• Exposure to AWS services for storage and compute cost optimization
