What You Will DoAs a Data Scientist, you’ll be instrumental in driving the company’s core metrics through rigorous analytics, strategic execution, and hands-on experimentation. You won’t just analyze trends—you’ll own high-impact initiatives from conception to deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building models to drive decision-making across product, growth, and operations
• Partnering with engineers and cross-functional leads to launch strategic projects
• Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for optimization
• Creating dashboards and reporting tools that are used company-wide
• Collaborating with external enterprise clients (including Fortune 100 companies) to deliver insights and showcase performance

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–8 years of experience in data science or analytics at a fast-paced tech company or top-tier consulting firm
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and zoom in/out between strategic vision and executional detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Thrives in an in-person, high-cadence startup culture

Preferred

• Experience in product analytics, growth, strategy, or operations
• Prior background in healthcare, finance, or life sciences analytics is a plus
• MBA or advanced degree (e.g. Master’s or PhD) strongly preferred
• Proficiency in SQL and Python

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $200,000 (higher range available for more senior candidates)
