• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules; monitor progress and manage budgets.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous PMO improvement and conduct post-project reviews.
• Ensure project compliance with information security policies.

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience, with at least 4 years in project management.
• Expertise in managing multiple projects using methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
