Our client is a well-funded, fast-scaling digital assets platform building the infrastructure powering institutional crypto adoption. Demand is growing, the market is maturing, and they’re now ready to bring in a Crypto Sales Director who can take their US book to the next level.

You won’t just be closing deals — you’ll be shaping how traditional finance and digital assets intersect. This is a chance to own strategy, deepen institutional relationships, and be the person who unlocks major revenue opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning high-value institutional sales: hedge funds, prop trading firms, market makers, asset managers
  • Building deep client relationships and navigating long, consultative sales cycles
  • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy targeting high-volume, high-complexity clients
  • Collaborating with product and leadership to influence roadmap and revenue direction
  • Representing the business externally as a trusted market expert

  • Strong track record selling into institutional crypto or digital asset clients
  • Ability to navigate complex technical products and explain them with clarity
