Job Description

We are partnering with a data-driven technology company that is investing heavily in analytics, data infrastructure, and AI-driven decision-making as a core part of its growth strategy.

The Vice President / Head of Data will be responsible for building and leading the data organization, including analytics, data engineering, and data science. This leader will work closely with executive leadership to ensure data informs strategy, product decisions, and business performance.

This role is ideal for a senior data leader who has built scalable data platforms and led teams in complex environments.

• Own the companys data strategy, architecture, and governance
• Lead and scale teams across data engineering, analytics, and data science
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders on data-driven initiatives
• Ensure data reliability, quality, security, and accessibility
• Translate data insights into business and product impact
• Build strong data culture, standards, and operating practices
• Communicate data strategy and outcomes to executive leadership

• Prior experience as a VP Data, Head of Data, or senior data leader
• Strong background in data engineering, analytics, or data science
• Experience building scalable data platforms and teams
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Experience operating in growth-stage or enterprise environments
