Duties & Responsibilities- Working closely with Systems Integrators to align on work items
- Developing goals and tracking issues
- Creating and maintaining project management and risk management plans
- Maintaining project artifacts: documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes; providing regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and project managers
- Acting as a liaison between Metro Plus Health stakeholders and our Systems Integrators
- Providing oversight of our Systems Integrators and vendors
- Assessing opportunities and deliverables
- Conducting regular project meetings; facilitating communication and coordination among project team members, including developers, administrators, and business users
- Guiding and mentoring the team to achieve project outcomes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related technical discipline
- 4 years of experience in project coordination of small and large‑scale IT projects; or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training, and work experience
