• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions to support business strategies.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and architecture principles.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on technology trends, innovations, and opportunities to enhance business operations.
• Oversee and manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of IT systems and applications.
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve team productivity and system efficiency.
• Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in software development, or technology leadership roles with at least 6–8 years in Appian.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex IT systems and architectures.
• Deep understanding of Appian components:
  Process Designing, SAIL, Rules, Security, and Integration.
• Proficiency in Appian Designer, low‑code development, BPMN, and data modeling.
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP) and Appian architecture and infrastructure.
• In‑depth knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
• Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in insurance or financial services industry is a significant advantage.

• Expertise in programming languages (Java, Python, C#) and frameworks (e.g., .NET, React, Angular).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Senior or Lead Developer certification is a plus.
