• Project Sourcing and Relationship Building:
  Identify, screen, and engage high‑quality project partners. Foster understanding and recognition of Bitget Wallet, establishing a strong foundation for mutual cooperation.
• Project Assessment and Cooperation Development:
  Conduct thorough assessments of potential partners, develop tailored cooperation proposals, and actively participate in the creation of collaborative programs. Facilitate effective communication and negotiation to ensure seamless cooperation and maintain positive relationships with project partners.
• Cooperation Implementation and Monitoring:
  Oversee the implementation of agreed‑upon cooperation plans, monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives, and safeguard the company’s interests throughout the process.
• Industry Networking and Resource Acquisition:
  Actively participate in both online and offline blockchain industry events. Leverage various channels to expand and accumulate valuable resources.

• Blockchain Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the blockchain industry, with a solid understanding of industry trends and projects. Candidates with existing quality project resources will be given preference.
• Business Development and Communication:
  Proven ability in business development, resource integration, and effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong Execution and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently, collaborate effectively across departments, and foster strong working relationships.
• Fluency in English:
  Native English speaker or equivalent proficiency required. English will be the primary working language.
