The Business Analyst - Data Analytics position is part of the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Product Analytics team. This team leverages advanced analytics to provide insights that inform product strategies and enhance client engagement, driving sustainable growth.

• Develop portfolio segmentation based on customer behavior and financial data.
• Create and implement segment-based strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Risk teams.
• Design and execute tests, analyze results, and apply learnings to improve outcomes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and promote self-service analytics among internal partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand products, processes, and the competitive landscape.
• Use advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities and address emerging challenges.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, glossaries, and metric definitions to standardize analytics practices.

• 0-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Hive, or similar.
• Strong understanding of charge card economics and ability to drive business outcomes through analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful results.
