We are looking for:

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive; a hybrid seller who blends commercial rigor with technical and domain fluency. You’ll break down complex problems, design sharp pitches, and prove value to win rooms of senior stakeholders - CMOs, Growth Leads, Content Managers, and other stakeholders. You’ll sit at the intersection of deal-making and thought leadership, shaping our most exciting opportunities from first intro through final signature.

This isn’t just running the sales playbook. It’s part strategist/consultant, part storyteller, part sales engineer; guiding brands through Goodie’s platform, shaping proof-of-value demos, and turning leads into long-term partnerships.

Your job is to turn inbound momentum into revenue, and layer in a targeted outbound motion that opens the right doors at the right logos.

You’ll team up with existing Goodie team members across Product, Data, and Solutions, and collaborate closely with Agency’s Business Development team to cross-pollinate opportunities and co-sell into strategic accounts.

You’ll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close: qualification, multi-threading, executive narrative, solution mapping, value selling, and commercial negotiation.
  • Run crisp discoveries that map pains to Goodie’s capabilities and design proof-of-value pilots that de-risk decisions.
  • Turn demand into dollars and crush quota:
    Prioritize, sequence, and forecast inbound with rigor; build a precise outbound program for a named account list (ABM + events + social selling + partner co-selling). Target: enterprise and upper‑mid‑market across SaaS, commerce, fintech, health, and media, as well as other relevant industries.
  • Negotiate deals end to end and close: seamlessly and efficiently drive deals to the finish line and manage the transition process to customer success. You must also navigate the paper and partner with legal on MSAs/SOWs, SOC 2 posture, DPAs/PII considerations, and security clients’ requirements.
  • Forecast and manage pipeline like a pro:
    Keep spotless hygiene in CRM (Hubspot).
  • Be a force‑multiplier:
    Feed market intel back to Product/Marketing; help craft narratives, ROI maps, and win stories that scale.

You have:

  • 4+ years experience closing enterprise SaaS with large new‑business wins (Mar Tech/Analytics/SEO/AEO/AI or similar data platform experience is a plus).
  • Marketing Focus:
    Strong understanding across the gamut of growth & performance marketing.
  • Outbound acumen: you’ve built named‑account plays (signals, sequences, meetings, multi‑thread) and used Linked In/Nav/intent tools/partners effectively.
  • Technical fluency: comfortable discussing technical specifics.
  • Executive storytelling: crisp decks and value math, board‑safe communication, and strong writing.
  • Deal leadership: mutual close plans, champions, paper process, competitive strategy. Repeatable and referenceable process management.

Bonus/Nice to Haves

  • Sold to CMOs/Heads of Growth, VP of Marketing, Content, /SEO/AEO Leads at brand‑name enterprises.
  • Prior Mar Tech, AdTech, SEO/AEO background.
  • Experience navigating complex SaaS Enterprise deals including security, compliance, RFPs, and RFIs.
