Manager, Product Development & Innovation - Partner Simulation - Digital Technology

Overview

• Manager, Product Development and Innovation, is an entrepreneurial Product Management role driving a new way of building and launching digital products at scale
• You will join a team responsible for representing the API Partner Experience with in Mastercard, acting as the Partner to test new products and services
• The ideal candidate will have experience with API/SDK implementation, digital payments, digital wallets, card token, payment gateways, and/or associated technologies
• You will work closely with product managers and developers to create an independent view of Mastercard’s API/SDK products
• Navigate effectively in a cross functional matrix environment across multiple organizations

  Are you a product manager with a strong technical background and experience in the issuer or merchant/PSP domain? Are you passionate about creating best-in-class digital products and experiences? Have you ever worked with geographically distributed and cross functional teams?

• You will be a lead owning and defining Mastercard’s new partner simulation capability – an internal platform used to generate detailed, actionable, customer-centric insights for improving Mastercard digital products
• You will represent the Customer point-of-view by managing a suite of digital applications that simulate Mastercard’s customers
• You will work with internal and external partners to conduct “real-world” implementations of Mastercard digital products
• You will use various feedback methodologies to surface issues/gaps, and generate compelling solutions
• You will influence internal stakeholders in Product, Technology, and Delivery to drive customer-focused improvements

• Excellent consultative skills to analyze products and processes, surface relevant insights, and recommend compelling improvements
• Experience in API onboarding, implementation, and documentation is a plus
• Knowledge of digital payments technology stack
• Experience in digital product conceptualization, solution design/architecture and/or development, preferably in financial services or the bankcard industry
• Above-average verbal and written communications skills, including ability to create compelling presentations
• Comfort presenting to cross-functional and executive audiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
