About ODDITY

ODDITY is a consumer-tech company which builds and scales digital-first brands to disrupt offline dominated beauty and wellness categories. The company serves over 40 million users with its AI-driven online platform, deploying data science to identify consumer needs, and developing solutions in the form of beauty and wellness products. ODDITY owns the brands IL MAKIAGE, Methodiq, and Spoiled Child.

Our continued success is a result of our winning mindset combined with unparalleled physical & tech products. We have made significant investments in data science, AI, computer vision, and biotechnology to identify consumer needs and develop solutions in the form of tech and wellness products. Our proprietary computer vision technology allows smartphone cameras to capture hyperspectral wavelengths of light beyond the capability of the human eye.

In 2023, ODDITY acquired Revela—a biotech start-up that uses AI-based molecule discovery to bring next-generation, proprietary ingredients to the beauty & wellness market.

ODDITY operates with business headquarters in New York City, an R&D center in Tel Aviv, Israel, and a biotechnology lab in Boston. Our culture is fast-paced, innovative, agile, and offers every team member the opportunity to drive a big impact.

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Product Development Coordinator to join us as we build our fourth brand in the beauty and wellness category 100% in-house. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring the Brand 4 product line to life. This position is with our complexion team, helping to develop, evaluate, and finalize different products.

This role involves two components: in-office work and on-site work at our partnering labs’ facilities (please note this entails international travel up to 50%).

What you will do
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including product development, marketing, and technology, to support the execution of product initiatives
  • Liaise with several parties (partnering labs’ teams, modelling agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Work alongside senior team members to help implement the company’s development objectives through data tracking and operational support
  • Conduct in-depth product testing, communicating key findings to leadership and key partners, both in-office and at partnering labs
  • Track and manage all samples, submissions, and feedback, ensuring accurate labeling, timing, and communication with lab partners.
  • Communicate with modeling agencies, prepare models for testing, and maintain accurate records of their features
  • Support makeup artist preparation by clarifying application standards, checking placement/blending, and assisting hands-on as needed.
  • Learn product and shade development processes end to end, with the ability to take on new responsibilities as needed
Who you are
  • A recent graduate (class of 2024 or 2025) with an excellent academic record and a demonstrated ability to think rigorously and logically
  • Exceptionally organized and strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multitask, especially managing multiple high priority projects at once, with the ability to reprioritize quickly as needs change
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a clear focus on generating insights and driving results
  • High level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of getting things done
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage many different stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, while also following clear structures and established processes
  • A “doer” and a leader – willing to get hands dirty in execution while maintaining a strategic mindset
  • Must be willing to travel internationally; expect international travel 1-2 weeks per month during active shade development projects, with potential for up to 3 weeks per month at peak times
