Expansion PDM for EMEA ISVs, AMER Tech Partners
Join to apply for this Expansion Partner Development Manager role at Amazon Web Services (AWS). This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP) and focuses on building relationships and managing the success of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in EMEA while scaling go‑to‑market success in AMER.
Responsibilities- Manage and work with a select group of partners to define and execute joint sales and go‑to‑market (GTM) programs.
- Engage partners' field sales organizations, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to create and execute strategic business plans, team development, and marketing enabling partners to meet their goals.
- Evangelize the partners' solution and value proposition internally through AWS and externally with partners & customers.
- Drive partner sales revenue through management of regular pipeline, opportunities, and business reviews with the partner and all internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the partner’s customer base to ensure they are successfully using AWS services.
- Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud computing platform across all product and service lines.
- Utilize CRM systems, data warehousing and analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.
Work with technology partners, AWS field sellers, AWS partner marketing, and partner management to drive demand, create, facilitate, and orchestrate joint co‑sell opportunities, track progress, report results, participate in account and pipeline review calls, and help drive adoption of AWS Marketplace.
About the TeamOur mission is to drive co‑sell revenue with technology partners, serve as trusted advisors and facilitators, and measure success by improving builder/partner/customer experiences, achieving pipeline and revenue goals, and raising visibility of partnerships.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
- 5+ years of experience with core cloud technology services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
- 5+ years of experience with business application technologies (End User Compute, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, Communication Developer services).
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise application modernization and migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, Cloud Operations).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

CompensationBase pay ranges from $133,200 per year in the lowest geographic market to $220,200 per year in the highest. Total compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits.
