Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Analytics & Insights Analyst to join the Global Customer Service (CS) organization. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, digital optimization, and customer experience improvements through analytics, reporting, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, business strategy, and technology, leveraging analytics to shape the digital experience across CS Operations and customer-facing platforms such as the Help Center and Contact Us sites.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Gather, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that support customer service strategy and digital optimization.
- Visualization & Reporting: Build intuitive dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Tableau and AWS Quick Sight to communicate data-driven findings.
- Project Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to support initiatives through ideation, measurement definition, reporting, and impact analysis.
- A/B Testing: Assist in test setup, execution, and post-analysis to measure optimization success (Adobe Target preferred).
- Digital Subject Matter Expert: Provide expertise in digital analytics and customer behavior profiling across web platforms.
- Data Integration: Connect digital analytics data to enterprise reporting tools, ensuring data quality, governance, and standardization. Collaborate with Customer Service leadership and product teams to measure total business impact of digital initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 1+ year in digital analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and automation.
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics and A/B testing platforms (Adobe Target preferred).
- Hands-on experience developing data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or AWS Quick Sight.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and schema design.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
- Experience in customer experience analytics or Customer Service (Help Center, Contact Us) environments.
- Familiarity with the AWS technology stack (Redshift SQL, S3, Dynamo
DB). - Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Git).
- Experience implementing personalization or testing solutions like Optimizely.
