Printer Setup​/Config

Job Functions: The candidate should possess skills to deliver basic contracted customer requirements, including copying, faxing, printing, and scanning functions. Tasks are routine and include:

• Downloading and installing printer drivers on equipment
• Performing printer mapping to PC
• Escalating network issues as appropriate
• Configuring devices (IP address, scanning templates, user access levels, scan to file/email, etc.)
• Monitoring and applying patch updates
• Supporting equipment and service issues
• Diagnosing basic equipment problems
• Cleaning and maintaining office equipment
• Replacing operator-accessible parts and consumables
• Maintaining inventory of supplies
• Ensuring uptime for copier fleet
• Collecting and submitting meter reads
• Coordinating MAC (Move/Add/Change) of office equipment
• Handling equipment removal/delivery
• Logging customer jobs electronically
• Applying asset tags and updating database
• Processing incoming/outgoing faxes for billing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation: $14/hour

• Customer Service experience: 1 year
• Experience with MAC processes
• Proficiency in MS Office
