Location: New York

Our client, a large music video network in NYC, is looking or he Ad Operations Campaign Manager for a 4-month maternity leave cover. This person will play a key role in managing digital advertising programs across multiple platforms within the online media space. This role is responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from ensuring the delivery of creative assets to spec, to overseeing campaign implementation, optimization, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for post-sale client communication, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless campaign execution. A strong understanding of digital ad serving technologies, troubleshooting, and video advertising is essential.

  • This is a 4-month maternity leave cover starting ASAP. New York-based candidates that can go onsite 3-days/week in the NYC office highly preferred, but remote will also be considered.
  • Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr
Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across display, video, and other formats from launch through completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all creative assets meet technical specifications and deadlines.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and delivery within ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager or Free Wheel.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for post-sale client communications, providing timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues to ensure performance and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor pacing and performance to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Provide weekly reporting, performance insights, and campaign wrap-up data with actionable recommendations.
  • Work with internal analytics and sales teams to optimize campaigns and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards, ad formats, and evolving digital advertising technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in Ad Operations or Digital Campaign Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Free Wheel, or similar ad serving solutions.
  • Experience with Operative, Booster, or comparable campaign management tools strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with video advertising campaigns highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms and digital media metrics a plus.
