Job Description - Procurement Strategic Sourcing Transformation (052838)

In addition to having a successful track record within a Procurement practice of an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Broad understanding of the current industry dynamics and trends within Procurement specifically and Supply Chain more broadly
• Experience with in the following capability areas:
• Procurement Org and Operating Model
• Strategic Sourcing and Category Management
• Process Improvement
• Spend Analysis
• Package Selection
• Broader experience in other Supply Chain disciplines such as:
  Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing, Analytics
• Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences
• Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
• Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
