AP & Purchasing Consultant

We offer a base pay range of $33.00/hr to $36.00/hr.

• Enter and process accounts payable and purchasing data
• Perform light bookkeeping tasks as needed
• Assist with various manual data entry processes
• Provide general support to the finance team as required

• Familiarity with accounts payable and purchasing processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a manual, process-oriented environment

• Associate's degree
• Experience in the non-profit sector
• Prior experience with Sage Intacct software
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and workflows
