Overview: The Business Analyst in Consulting acts as a liaison between clients and technical teams, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. This role involves working on client engagements, delivering insights, and supporting implementation of business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives; document functional and non-functional requirements clearly.
• Process Analysis & Improvement: analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement; recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Solution Design Support: collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements; assist in creating wireframes, workflows, and use cases.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: perform data analysis to support decision‑making; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Client Interaction & Consulting: act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations; support workshops, training sessions, and change management activities.
• Testing & Validation: assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables; ensure quality and compliance with project standards.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Consulting experience preferred; certifications like CBAP or PMI‑PBA are a plus.
