Compensation: $220K–$240K OTE (50/50 Split, 15%+ Uncapped Commission)

About the Role

This role is for someone who truly wants to be a founding Account Executive, the kind of seller who gets energy from building, not just executing. If you’re looking for a structured environment with polished playbooks and predictable leads, this probably isn’t the one. But if you want to help design the motion, shape the story, and close the first wave of customers that define a company’s future, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re a seed-funded SaaS startup helping revenue teams rip and replace legacy software without the painful migrations that stall deals. Our AI-driven platform automates the full data transfer process, extracting, cleaning, and importing customer data between systems, so companies can switch vendors instantly and scale faster. It’s technical under the hood, but the value is simple: we make it easy for customers to say yes.

We turned on revenue this year and are pacing toward $1M ARR with referenceable customers and clear expansion momentum. Backed by top early-stage investors, our six-person team works together in-office from Union Square, building the foundation for a scalable go-to-market function ahead of our planned Series A.

What You’ll Do
  • Run the entire sales cycle from first touch through expansion
  • Generate and qualify your own pipeline alongside founder-led inbound
  • Refine the early sales motion into a repeatable process
  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership to shape messaging and roadmap
  • Experiment with outbound, events, and partnerships to drive demand
  • Represent the company with early customers and at industry touchpoints
What You Bring
  • Demonstrated success closing $50K+ ACV, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Comfort with ambiguity and high-ownership environments
  • Ability to self-source pipeline and drive creative outreach
  • Bonus: experience selling to venture-backed startups or a strong NYC tech network
