As technologically sophisticated attacks are increasing, we are looking to grow our team of laser-focused cybersecurity engineers.

Our partner is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join a well-funded, venture-backed startup that’s transforming a $24 trillion alternative investments market
. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to help shape the product, culture, and technology from day one. You’ll work alongside an exceptional leadership team with deep fintech expertise — including startup founders, former quant engineering leaders at a $70B hedge fund, and valuation experts from Goldman Sachs. Your work will directly impact how alternative investment managers operate in the next decade.

You’ll collaborate closely with customers, receive immediate feedback on your work, and build infrastructure that replaces outdated systems and manual processes.

• Design and develop scalable systems to standardize data management across multiple asset classes.
• Build infrastructure for ingesting, transforming, and analyzing both structured and unstructured investment data.
• Collaborate directly with customers, working closely with leading alternative investment managers to understand workflows, design features, and deliver real-world impact quickly.
• Shape the company’s technical foundation, contributing to architectural decisions, engineering culture, hiring, and roadmap.
• Experiment with emerging technologies, including AI and LLM systems, to enhance developer productivity and product capabilities.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of building backend and API systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience across the stack.
• Hands‑on experience with modern cloud platforms and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Redis, Temporal).
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, production‑ready systems.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative startup environment.
• Bonus:
  Experience building agentic systems or LLM‑enabled products, or regularly using AI tools in the development lifecycle.
