We’re looking for an early‑career, Associate Field Marketing professional to support our NALA and EMEA teams with high‑impact field programs that generate pipeline and deepen relationships with customers and prospects. You’ll focus on in‑person field events and bespoke 1:few experiences—especially our executive‑level Diamond dinners—working cross‑functionally to plan, execute, and measure programs that move deals forward.
Responsibilities & Duties- Support regional Marketing teammates on their events end‑to‑end—briefs, timelines, vendor and venue coordination, asset shipping, onsite staffing/coverage, and post‑event reporting—sharing templates and vendor relationships to drive consistency and scale across NALA and EMEA.
- Drive event operations excellence: timelines, budgets, POs, vendor/venue contracts, catering, A/V, shipping, swag, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure flawless onsite execution: staffing plans, briefings, talk tracks, signage/booth presence, lead capture, session logistics, and VIP hosting.
- Operationalize follow‑up: lead routing, SLA‑driven handoffs, meeting notes, source tagging, and progression reporting to ensure every interaction advances the pipeline.
- Work with Marketing Ops to maintain accurate records in Marketo and Hubspot and uphold data privacy/consent and brand standards.
- 1–3 years in B2B marketing with hands‑on event/field execution;
SaaS or data/Mar Tech experience and familiarity with a long sales cycle a plus. - Demonstrated success running in‑person events and VIP/customer experiences (dinners, round tables, roadshows) with measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong project management: timelines, budgets, vendor management, and onsite delivery with high attention to detail.
- Confident collaborator with Sales/SDR, Partners, and Execs; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working across time zones to support Americas and EMEA priorities.
- Familiarity with common marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, CRM; event & webinar platforms like Cvent/Splash/Bright Talk a plus).
- Data‑driven mindset: able to define KPIs, build simple dashboards, and translate insights into next‑step recommendations.
- Ability to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) for events (~20–30% seasonally).
- Diamond dinners: end‑to‑end quality with strong cross‑functional coordination, solid RSVP‑to‑attendance, and timely follow‑ups within budget.
- Event support and collaboration: on‑time task delivery, dependable vendor/venue coordination, and smooth onsite coverage in close partnership with NALA/EMEA marketers and partners.
- Data hygiene and handoffs: accurate lead capture and clean Marketo/Salesforce attribution with clear, actionable handoffs to SDRs/AEs.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and teamwork: positive feedback on responsiveness and communication; consistent contribution to shared playbooks/templates to lift team.
Working out of the New York, NY, office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
