IT Technician – Help Desk Support

Must have

• At least 1 year of practical IT support experience
• Fundamental understanding of Windows and macOS
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking concepts (preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft (preferred)

• Serve as the initial point of contact for client support inquiries via phone, email, and remote tools
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and elementary networking challenges
• Install and set up PCs, printers, and scanners
• Aid with Microsoft 365, manage user accounts, and handle password resets
• Record all activities in the ticketing system
• Refer complex issues to senior technicians
• Assist with client onboarding and the deployment of workstations
