  • Partner with Product to translate goals and requirements into thoughtful, user-centered flows and page structures
  • Conduct UX audits across the site and mobile app to identify usability issues, friction points, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Set and uphold a high bar for UI/UX quality, with a strong focus on clarity, hierarchy, spacing, accessibility, and interaction details
  • Perform UX QA reviews on implemented work, identifying issues and providing clear, actionable feedback to engineering teams
  • Ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently with approved UX and visual standards
  • Advocate for user needs and UX best practices across the broader team, raising overall UX maturity
  • Contribute to and help maintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines for web experiences
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 4+ years of professional UX design experience, with a strong emphasis on web and marketing-driven experiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability heuristics
  • Demonstrated ability to perform UX critiques, audits, and QA with precision and clarity
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and interaction quality
  • Clear communication skills and comfort providing direct, constructive feedback to cross-functional partners
  • Location:
