• Support cross functional projects across all Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, Talent & Performance)
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements
• Capture business process requirements, and translate these requirements into effective technical solutions
• Identify and resolve unexpected process flaws or issues, offering recommendations for improvements and alternative approaches to meet requirements
• Drive innovation by suggesting process and customer service improvements, policy changes, and creative solutions while adhering to established policies
• Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, test, and implement changes for small to medium projects
• Ensure data integrity and compliance by developing and managing audits that review and maintain data consistency between systems
• Train team members and system users on existing and new processes/functionality
• Communicate and train end-users and People Team stakeholders on new or enhanced system functionality or enhancements
