• Minimum of 6 years of progressive hands‑on experience supporting enterprise performance management (EPM) and financial planning platforms, such as One Stream, Fabric IQ Planning, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Anaplan, or similar systems, with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new financial planning technologies and transition between or work across multiple EPM systems
• Experience supporting EPM or financial planning systems for Finance and Accounting, including system operations, business analysis, troubleshooting, and implementation or enhancement initiatives
• Proficiency in advanced Excel modelling, Visual Basic .NET, SQL Server; familiarity with Fabric Lakehouse and IQ Planning is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and technical issues, identify root causes, translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, and provide effective support to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Skilled in project and issue management tools such as JIRA and Service Now, ensuring efficient workflows and resolution tracking
• Success in cross‑functional team collaboration, stakeholder relationship management, and aligning priorities to achieve shared business goals in dynamic environments
• Working knowledge of Semarchy or similar enterprise Master Data Management platforms with exposure to MDM governance concepts is a plus
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or Project Management
• Relevant EPM or financial planning platform certifications preferred
