VP, Information Technology | QSR

A fast growing QSR organization is looking for a VP of Information Technology to lead technology strategy and execution as the business continues to scale.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands the pace and complexity of quick service restaurants, multi unit operations, and high growth environments
. You will be responsible for building and evolving the technology infrastructure that supports restaurant operations, corporate teams, and continued expansion.

• Lead the overall IT strategy and technology roadmap across the organization
• Partner closely with Operations and executive leadership to make sure technology supports business growth
• Oversee systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, networks, and technology platforms
• Lead technology initiatives supporting new locations, expansion, and operational growth
• Evaluate and implement systems that improve restaurant efficiency, speed, reporting, and the guest experience
• Manage technology vendors, partners, budgets, and major implementations
• Build, lead, and develop a high performing IT team
• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and capable of supporting continued growth
• Drive digital and technology initiatives across the restaurant organization

• VP, SVP, or senior IT leadership experience
• Required: QSR or large scale restaurant technology experience
• Proven experience supporting a multi unit organization
• Experience leading IT in a fast growing or rapidly scaling business
• Strong understanding of restaurant technology, including POS, digital ordering, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems
• Experience managing technology teams, vendors, budgets, and large scale implementations
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to work closely with Operations and executive leadership
• Experience building scalable technology infrastructure for continued growth
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and technology risk
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred

$175,000 to $225,000 annually
, based on experience.
