About You Gov Data Products Client Services The Data Products Client Services team is focused on delivering value to our clients through the actionable insights derived from You Gov's industry leading brand-tracking and audience profiling syndicated products, Brand Index and Profiles. Our team uses a powerful mix of syndicated tools, analytics, data visualization and storytelling skills to deliver impactful data stories to answer our clients’ most strategic business questions such as Brand Health Tracking, Customer Funnel Journeys, Audience Sizing & Profiling, and Campaign Tracking.
The Client Services team plays a vital role within the company, developing strong relationships as a trusted strategic partner to our clients. As a Client Services Analyst with You Gov, you’ll be an important member of the Data Products team supporting a range of clients subscribing to our suite of syndicated tools. You will support You Gov clients ranging from Fortune 100s to fast-growing companies, spanning a variety of industries including Retail, FMCG, Food & Dining, Financial Services, Insurance, Technology, Social Media, Advertising Agencies, and more.
- Data Product Fluency:
Become knowledgeable in all of You Gov’s tools, gaining a deep understanding of the user interfaces and data, translating that knowledge to our clients - Teaching Others:
Support onboarding and ongoing training efforts with new and existing clients to ensure they are getting the most value out of our data products - Analytic Application:
Design and deliver re-occurring Insights reports to clients addressing their core insight needs, including (but not limited to) Brand Tracking, Market Sizing, and Audience Identification & Profiling - Insights Discovery & Story Telling:
Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations, addressing client’s ad hoc business questions - Internal
Collaboration:
Partnering with commercial and product dev teams to provide a positive client experience that promotes partnership growth
This is an entry-level role, with qualifications focusing more on competencies than prior experiences. The applicant should be interested in the market research industry and working directly with clients. Desired

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- A degree in a marketing or a research field is a plus (i.e., economics, psychology, business, marketing, market research, analytics, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office’s Word, Excel, and Power Point
- An eye for detail and ability to put together accurate deliverables in a timely fashion
- Prior work experience as a researcher or analyst, or experience of converting data into stories
- Experience of working on client-facing projects
- Knowledge of business intelligence programs (ex. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience leveraging AI for data visualization and storytelling
For roles based in California, New York, Colorado, Massachusetts, or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $72,000 - 75,000 USD Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and additional benefits.
